Daylilies (a.k.a. Hemerocallis) are one of the easiest flowers to grow.

Today's daylilies are no longer just orange and yellow. They now come in a multitude of colors, shapes, and sizes and different forms to please many different tastes. The Houston Hemerocallis Society is a group of gardening enthusiasts who share the love of growing daylilies.

The end of summer is drawing nearer every day and we're looking forward to spending more time in our gardens as the weather moderates.

We're also looking forward to our first meeting of the 2026-2027 year which will be held on September 24th, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion at McGovern Centennial Gardens, 1500 Hermann Drive, Houston, Texas
